Domedag

Biography

Domedag is a Swedish music project created and performed by Nicklas Rudolfsson, emerging in the early 2000s. The project’s sound defies rigid genre boundaries, fluidly moving between dark ambient and metal, reflecting a deep exploration of atmosphere and intensity. Over the years, Domedag has released several more or less unofficial demos, showcasing its varied and evolving musical style.

Among the more notable releases are the demo sessions recorded between 2016 and 2017, which leaned towards a "black" metal sound, with Swedish lyrics. These recordings were later re-released on CD, first as "Domedagen" and then as an expanded, remixed version titled "Nu Nalkas Domedagen". It's important to note that these are not considered official album releases, but rather demo sessions shared with a wider audience.

While the project is currently inactive, and no new recordings are planned, the future remains open. Only time will tell if Domedag will rise again to create more music
